MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The machine is made up of a monolithic steel structure inside which the transmission and guiding parts of the moving parts are housed.
The vertical pressing platform is motorized at both ends and cross the mobile lateral pressing shoulder thanks to the special comb structure.
All parts in contact with the furniture to be pressed are covered in scratch-resistant material.
FUNCTIONING CYCLE
After pre-assembling the piece of furniture, the operator manually positions it on the work surface and places it next to the fixed column and then activates the pressing cycle using two manual Start controls.
The vertical pressing platform and the horizontal pressing shoulder begin their stroke until they reach the dimensions of the furniture; at this point the grip is exercised for the expected duration of the timing.
At the end of the cycle, by pressing the control buttons again, the operator starts reopening the machine to unload the processed furniture.
CONTROL PANEL
The electrical and control panel is independent as a lectern.
The machine is managed by an Omron PLC.
The control panel provides programming of the pressing time; the buttons for manual movement of the platform and the mobile shoulder; selectors for graduated adjustment of the pressure to be exerted: one for the vertical one and the other for the horizontal one; “mushroom” emergency button; automatic-manual selection button and bi-manual control with maintained action for the start and end of the cycle.
